Hello, I’m Erin Caseley and I am the founder and director of Whole Stories Leadership.

I have 20 years of leadership experience implementing impactful change within organisations. I’ve worked in world-class universities, at the BBC, in local government and with some incredible charities.

A common feature of my experience in organisations was implementing cultural and strategic change in my own department, then being asked to help other directors to do the same. I discovered how much I love helping to develop organisations that improve lives for colleagues, clients and communities. I realised what an amazing opportunity I had to make more of a difference myself by supporting multiple purpose-driven organisations to increase their impact. I formed Whole Stories Leadership to assist as many organisations as possible who share my ambition and vision.

How we work

Whole Stories operate happily within complexity. We strive to work systemically because we believe that people flourish when their whole selves are valued, that organisational purpose should be driven by our clients' and communities' lived experiences, and that every challenge sits in a wider context. This doesn’t mean we can’t just work on one small piece of the jigsaw puzzle – it just means we ensure it fits into your bigger picture.

It also means we don't tell you what to do or think. We help you create confidence and clarity by co-creating solutions that you'll own and will work for you in the long term. We also hope you'll have fun along the way and leave excited and enthusiastic about what comes next!
